JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title:                     Hospitality Host

Hours of Work:           Match days (Weekends: 11:30am-6.30pm; Evenings: 5.00pm-11.00pm)

Responsible to:           Commercial Manager

Responsible for:         Host services and hospitality lounges

Salary:                         £250 a game  

AFC Fylde are looking for a Hospitality Host to work on matchdays in our President’s Club in the Churchill’s Suite at Mill Farm during the 19/20 season.

Hosts will be responsible for ensuring that all hospitality guests receive a high-level of service throughout the event and enjoy their hospitality experience.

We are looking for candidates who have strong verbal communication skills, self-motivated, passionate and reliable, including being available for all AFC Fylde Home matches.

The chosen candidate will need to be willing to work alongside AFC Fylde staff, plus interact with guests at each game.

THE ROLE

– Welcoming VIP guests to the stadium/venue

– Communicate all details of the event to the guests

– Awareness of stadium facilities, general geography of the stadium and where to access information

– Interview the manager and player of the match in both lounges
