At AFC Fylde we are committed to expanding our current Academy set up in order to keep up with the impressive progression through the leagues of the first team with the long term objective of reaching the Football League by 2022.
We are continuing to heavily invest in Youth Development as part of the clubs strategy to establish players for the first team and we are currently looking to recruit for next season.
The process is being carefully managed by our Academy Managers and also by first team manager Dave Challinor, who is keen to push by strengthening Academy teams and produce even more players who can represent the first team.
We move into our new state of the art 6,000 seater stadium in May next year and develop the current 3000 capacity ground further to provide some of the best training facilities in the North West.
