The Coasters have named their side to take on York City in the National League at Mill Farm.

Director of Football/Head Coach Chris Beech has made four changes from the side that was narrowly defeated by Sutton United in the FA Cup, with Harry Davis, Joe Rowley, Danny Whitehead and Luke Charman, replacing Emeka Obi, Taelor O’Kane, Josh Kay and Gold Omotayo coming in to start.

Harry Davis returns to captain the side after supporting from the bench last time out, with Danny Whitehead also coming in to start. 

Josh Kay misses out this weekend through suspension after accumulating five yellow cards, as Joe Rowley starts his first game of the 2023/24 season. There is also a straight switch up top, with Luke Charman replacing Gold Omotayo.  

On the injury front, Kyron Gordon continues to make progress on the grass alongside Chris Neal. 

Luke Conlan faces several more weeks away from action after a small setback, whilst Alex Whitmore is back running on the grass. Owen Evans has made good progress and is ahead of schedule, aiming for a return before the end of the month.
