Fylde Ladies have furthered strengthened their squad with the addition of England U19 international Zoe Tynan.

The 18-year-old midfielder has impressed with some eye-catching displays for Manchester City and was delighted to secure a deal with Fylde.  

“I’m really pleased to be joining Fylde Ladies at such an exciting time for the club. I hope to help us play an exciting, attacking style of football and help the club achieve their ambitions.”

Manager Luke Swindlehurst was equally pleased to have Tynan on board: “Zoe has really impressed me with her natural awareness on the ball and she has fantastic energy.

“This is a very positive move for her as she will definitely develop with us. As the team progresses I’ve no doubt that Zoe will get stronger and stronger throughout the season. She has all the attributes and mentality to be a huge success within the women’s game.”

Tynan is currently away on England duty but will return in time for the start of the Premier League season this weekend.
