Owen Robinson has been loaned out to Warrington Rylands with the aim of gaining valuable first-team experience this season.
The young midfielder, who signed his first professional contract at AFC Fylde in June and appeared in several senior pre-season friendlies, has joined the Northern Premier League outfit for an initial month.
Since joining, he has made two appearances, assisting one goal.
Coasters boss Jim Bentley said: “It’s a really good opportunity for Owen to go out and get some experience of mens football. There’s a big difference between academy and first-team football, so it’s important that we expose our young players to that environment as quickly as we can. It’s great for their development, and this opportunity will hopefully help Owen, who we believe has lots of potential.”
All at AFC Fylde wish Owen every success in his loan spell with Warrington Rylands.
