Role Summary

As the Head of Ticketing & Retail, you will be responsible for the entire matchday ticketing operation, from planning to execution.

Main Duties

· Set up and manage the ticketing system for all games and other events when requested

· Responsible for the optimisation of sales of all match day and season tickets

· Reconcile ticket orders for online, phone and match day payments resolving any discrepancies immediately

· Be totally responsible for the management of the Membership Program

· Work closely with supporters to ensure that their membership remains relevant and current

· Make sure all Membership Cards are delivered to the customer in a timely manner

· Organise individual lanyards or wristbands that will be given to each hospitality guests on arrival

· Arrange hospitality tickets and passes to be printed and either delivered or posted to all attendees

· Run the club shop and online store on a day-to-day basis and manage a small team of part time assistants on match days

· Ensure stock control procedures are followed

· Help reconcile shop till on a daily basis and correct any discrepancies that arise

About You

· Previous experience in the use of SeatGeek would be highly advantageous

· Good cost control & administrative procedures

· Comfortable with the use of EPOS applications

· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

· Experience leading and managing teams

· Word and excel competency
