The Coasters return home on Bank Holiday Monday, where James Rowe’s side will face Southport FC at Mill Farm in the National League North – 3pm kick-off. 

Last time out at Mill Farm brought a 2-0 defeat against Scarborough Athletic, with the Coasters now looking to put that right when they take on Southport in an early-season local derby. 

A 1-0 win over Chester FC on Saturday, thanks to Danny Philliskirk’s header, gives the Coaters a boost up the table heading into Monday. 

Southport themselves have had a mixed start to the season. Liam Watson’s Port came flying out of the traps on the opening day with a 5-3 victory away at Boston United, but two losses without reply and a win over Darlington have the Sandgrounders below Fylde in the table.

As well as getting behind the boys, there is also a new addition that Coasters fans will be able to get a glimpse of, and he goes by the name of Danny Rowe, AFC Fylde’s all-time leading goalscorer, so grab your tickets and grab your Bank Holiday football fix.
