The AFC Fylde Community Foundation are proud to announce the addition of its second health and wellbeing officer, who commences employment with The AFC Fylde Community Foundation’s Health and Wellbeing Team, on Monday 10th August 2015. Anthony Stayte, has recently left Blackpool Football Club, where he delivered a number of health and wellbeing activities both within the Bloomfield Road Stadium, and also in the wider community. Anthony 24, joins The AFC Fylde Community Foundation having built up a wealth of experience in delivering health improvement activities throughout Blackpool, making a considerable difference in 100’s of resident’s lives each year.

Given the continued growth of The AFC Fylde Community Foundations Health and Wellbeing project, called ‘Get on Board’, The AFC Fylde Community Foundation are proud to continue its fantastic growth in delivering health and wellbeing improvement activities, and strongly believe that Anthony’s addition into the Health and Wellbeing Team will allow The AFC Fylde Community Foundation to continue to deliver and make change in many vulnerable Fylde Coast Residents lives.

The Foundation’s Director, Tom Hutton is extremely happy with Anthony’s addition into the Health and Wellbeing Team, and had the following praise to pass on Anthony, ‘On behalf of The AFC Fylde Community Foundation, I would like to welcome Anthony on board. Anthony’s addition is a fantastic acquisition, and I strongly believe Anthony will make a considerably impact on the Fylde Coast Community we all work to serve’.
