The AFC Fylde Community Foundation have been commissioned to deliver a community based learning project by The European Union.

The learning project aims to make members of the local community more employable by developing their current skills set. The project will begin on the 15th January and will last six months.

Based within the Lytham St Annes area, The Foundation will deliver training opportunities for Fylde Coast Residents and educate them by improving their confidence, social skills, writing, and verbal skills. The project is free to take part in, and will take place in local community locations which are easily accessible and welcome to all members of the community.

Tom Hutton, The Foundation’s Director is delighted to partner up with such a great organisation. “It’s a pleasure to be working with the European Social Fund. It’s a brilliant opportunity for local members on The Fylde Coast to get involved. It not only increases your chances to gain employability but a chance to meet friends.”
