Over the next couple of weeks, we will be speaking to the unsung heroes behind the scenes at AFC Fylde to find out their highlights of the season, both on and off the pitch.

My moment of the season was…

Our 6-0 thrashing of eventual National League champions Macclesfield Town, who hadn’t suffered defeat in their previous 11 games. The lads were just awesome that day.

I captured some great celebration pictures, namely one of Luke Burke, Jonny Smith and Jack Muldoon which appeared on the front page of the Non-League Paper headlined “Hit For Six”.

My proudest moment was…

Sat pitch-side at Wigan Athletic and witnessing Fylde go 2-1 up in the FA Cup with not long to go, although the rest is history as they say.

Personally, I’d come a long way since my first days as a sports photographer.

I must also add, every matchday I have to pinch myself at being in this position as the Club Photographer of AFC Fylde.

I’ve regularly got Rowey and a few others tweeting me for pictures of themselves in match action, which is an honour to say the least.

I’m looking forward to…

Next season, for sure. Chally will have a real go I’m certain.
