The AFC Fylde Community Foundation is delighted to announce that Fylde MP Mark Menzies has been named as an official ambassador for the Foundation after witnessing first-hand the excellent work carried out throughout the community.

The AFC Fylde Community Foundation work across the Fylde Coast to educate, motivate and inspire future generations to build better communities for all. Mark, who is the Conservative Member of Parliament for Fylde, will attend monthly sessions showcasing all the positive work done by the AFC Fylde Community Foundation on a daily basis. 

Mark will also help support the Foundation by promoting activities through his political network and showcasing programmes nationwide.

AFC Fylde Community Foundation director Tom Hutton believes Mark’s appointment as ambassador will be hugely beneficial as the Foundation continue to grow: “We are delighted to have Mark on board. He has really embraced what were are trying to achieve here and he will be able to spread the word far and wide. We are very proud that the work we are doing is recognised and the fact that people want to be involved with us is a huge compliment. We are looking forward to a long and prosperous working relationship together.”

Mark Menzies is delighted to represent the AFC Fylde Community Foundation as their official ambassador. Mark said, “I’ve been aware of the AFC Fylde Community Foundation for some time and I know how tirelessly the Foundation work to ensure that the community is a better place for all. I’m looking forward to be working along-side with the Foundation and spread the good word about what they are doing on a regular basis.”
