Work is full steam ahead as we close in on the opening of our eagerly-anticipated Mediterranean restaurant Milano’s.

The have been some minor alterations to the original plans this week as we aim to maximise space and customer experience, but we are still hopeful to be finished within the next week or so.

The booth seating running along the far wall is complete with white leather upholstery, whilst the circular seating booths along the other wall are currently being constructed and fitted today. The three new booths will seat eight people – perfect for a family gathering or dinner party!

The parquet flooring that runs throughout the restaurant is 50% fitted and the tiled bar apron is finished.

A section of the bar area has moved backwards to allow more space on the restaurant floor and the impressive state of the art kitchen is almost ready for action, along with the pizza oven!

The slate feature wall behind the circular booths has been completed, as have the ladies and gents toilets serving the restaurant.

On the right when you come through the restaurant doors, a feature wine rack is under construction along with a cloakroom.

Elsewhere on site, work on the 3G pitches is ongoing, due for a December opening.
