I am delighted to confirm that we have today finally signed the last legal document with Fylde Borough Council meaning that work can begin.  Next week we will be announcing which firm has won the building contract but they have already informed us they will be starting on site week commencing March 9^th.  A few of us plan to be there for the big event so if you can get there for this momentous occasion you are more than welcome.  Exact details will follow.  I should offer one word of caution and that is the application is still subject to challenge under a judicial review but we are reasonably confident this will not happen.  The judicial review period is six weeks from today.

 

All we need now is a win tonight and it will be a great start to the week.
