AFC Fylde go into their Vanarama Conference North game at home to Leamington on the back of two successive 3-0 victories and on a run of six games unbeaten in all competitions.

It’s been a good December for The Coasters, as a 0-0 draw at Stockport has been added to by home wins against Stalybridge Celtic in the league and Gainsborough Trinity in the FA Trophy on Saturday, both by the same score line.

The Coasters occupy third place in the Conference North table going into their game tomorrow against Leamington, while tomorrow’s visitors sit 18th, just two places and two points away from the bottom three.

The Brakes haven’t won a game in any competition since early October when they beat Hyde 4-0 and they haven’t won away from home since early September. In all competitions, Leamington have lost their last three away games and drawn their last three home games.

Leamington’s most recent defeat came away at Brackley Town on Saturday, and two weeks previous to that they were knocked out of the FA Trophy 3-1 away to Bradford Park Avenue.

It is likely that The Coasters will keep a similar team from Saturday’s 3-0 win over Gainsborough for the game tomorrow night against Leamington but Josh Langley could be a doubt after having to come off with a couple of minutes to go in Saturday’s win.

We’d like to see as many fans down at Kellamergh Park on Saturday to cheer on The Coasters in their quest for victory!
