The Coasters come into their 4th home game of 2024 looking to extend their unbeaten run of form in the league to four matches. A 2-2 draw on Tuesday night to playoff hopefuls Halifax Town has seen the Coasters achieve seven points from a possible nine since the new year.

Goals from Luke Charman and Nick Haughton sent Fylde into a two-goal lead, however, Halifax scored 2 well-taken goals in the second half to share the points. Fylde will be looking to be more solid this time around after a dominant first-half performance was undone in the second half, Fylde will need to keep their eye on the ball against a very well-organised Bromley side.

The Opposition

No win in four for the away side has meant that their title challenge against Chesterfield has gone off the boil since the new year. Four draws in league and cup is not what Andy Woodman would’ve wanted, however, the Ravens are still unbeaten since the 21st of November.

A 1-1 draw away to Aldershot Town last time out will be seen as a good point on the road with the form that Aldershot are in, however, draws are not what Andy Woodman will have wanted especially with Barnet breathing down their neck second place spot. A win on the Fylde Coast will be just what Woodman will be looking for, however, with both sides boasting great attacking prowess, fans who turn up this weekend could be in for a goal-fest.

Classic Clash

There was one to remember earlier back in 2018 as The Coasters grabbed a 2-1 win over today’s visitors. A sensational strike from Danny Rowe gave us our first win over The Ravens at Mill Farm.

You can view the highlights from that clash below.

Ones To Watch

Ben Krahaus – The youngster with a bright future ahead of him, has recently signed for Brentford but rejoined the Ravens for the rest of the season. A midfielder with an eye for goal, Krahaus has been a key part of Bromley’s success this season. 5 goals from midfield shows his talent and at only 19 the sky’s the limit.

Michael Cheek – Bromley’s top scorer once again showing he can do it season after season. With 13 goals in the league so far, Cheek gives off similar qualities to Fylde legend Danny Rowe. A key part of the reason why Bromley are the 3rd highest scorers in the league, Fylde’s defence will have to be at their best to keep Cheek quiet.

Grant Smith – The Bromley Goalkeeper has been a massive addition in the summer and it has shown on the pitch. The 2nd best defence in the league has been down mainly to Grant Smith. An agile keeper who can get down low or high, also plays the ball out with confidence has been a massive difference from previous seasons.
