Role Summary

As the Head of Ticketing & Retail, you will be responsible for the entire matchday ticketing operation, from planning to execution.

You will play a key role in bringing income into the club through two key revenue streams; ticketing and retail.

Dealing with all elements of Ticketing and retail including, but not limited to, customer service, running the club shop, stock control, shop and ticket reconciliations and working closely with supporters to ensure their memberships remain current and relevant.

About You

– Previous ticketing experience would be highly advantageous but not compulsory

– Previous experience in the use of SeatGeek would also be advantageous

– Comfortable with the use of EPOS applications

– Be able to provide a friendly, courteous and efficient service to supporters

– Competent in Word and Excel

– Good cost control & administrative procedures

– Experience with leading or managing teams

– Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
