Due to continued development of The AFC Fylde Community Foundation’s ‘Get on Board’ programme, The AFC Fylde Community Foundation are looking to recruit a highly ambitious and committed Health and Wellbeing Officer to drive The Foundation’s Health and Wellbeing projects forward.
The role will involve the post holder delivering between 5-35 hours per week, with substantial opportunities available in the very near future to gain full time employment through the development of new and exciting programmes.
Start Date- Immediate
Salary- Dependant on experience
