AFC Fylde  boss Dave Challinor is anticipating a tough match when his side goes head-to-head with Warrington Town in the FA Trophy 3QR.

The Coasters were drawn alongside Evo-Stik First Division North side Warrington in Monday’s draw and Challinor said: “It is a tough draw for us and a tough place to go, but I’m sure they will be thinking they have a difficult job on their hands too.

“They are doing really well in their league and I know they have ambitions to get promoted this season.

“It’s another away game in a spell where we are already spending a lot of time on the road. It is five away games in a row for us now so I’m sure the groundsman will be delighted!

“Of course we would have preferred to be at home, as you would in any game, but our away form has been decent this season.

“The cup game comes in an important run of league games for us. We need to be picking up points in those games, but at the same time we are also keen to progress in the FA Trophy.

“It’s a game we will certainly look forward to when it comes around, but we have a couple of key league games to concentrate on first.”
