AFC Fylde boss Dave Challinor believes new man Callum Chettle will add even more goals to his free-scoring side.

Chettle, 21, has joined the club on loan for the remainder from League One outfit Peterborough United.

The Coasters are the third highest scorers in the National League this season and Challinor was delighted to bring in the exciting youngster.

Challinor said: “He an attacking midfielder and hopefully he will score and create goals for us. He gives us another body in that area.

“Callum has played against us in the past for Ilkeston and Nuneaton before getting his big move to Peterborough.

“He’s technically very good and he is someone we have been aware of for quite a while. We have been monitoring him and he became available for loan so we were interested straight away.

“He will go straight into the squad for Saturday’s trip to Bromley.”
