Due to the exciting plans and continued success of AFC Fylde, an opportunity has arisen within the Media Department for a Website Officer.
The successful candidate will be required to have a very good understanding of website editing (especially Word Press), with website development experience being advantageous. It is essential that the candidate has a passion and good understanding of football.
The successful candidate will work as part of our Media Department, working closely with and reporting to the Media Officer. Constant communication is vital to ensure deadlines are met and stories, articles and reports are updated to a high standard on a regular basis.
A flexible approach will be needed, ensuring hours are available in the day-time to undertake and complete the necessary tasks.
We welcome candidates who can bring innovative ideas to the role, the function and appeal of the website will be the primary focus of the job, as thus it will be the successful candidates responsibility to develop and maintain the website to Premier League quality.
The role will initially be a voluntary position and will require elements of work 7 days a week to ensure the most efficient and timely product.
