The AFC Fylde Community Foundation are looking to recruit a suitably experienced and driven Head of Operations to join its senior management team.

Working closely with The Foundation’s Director, The Head of Operations will be responsible for the following elements of The Foundations core delivery portfolio: 

  • Arranging of staff time and delivery plans
  • Implementation of quality assurance programmes, particularly focusing on The Foundation school delivery and commissioned portfolios
  • Development, implementation and reporting of The Foundations commissioned programmes, which will be undertaken with The Foundations Director
  • Overseeing of a number of The Foundations delivery programmes, forming strong partnership working relationships with all partners and stakeholders 

In addition to the above core roles, The Head of Operations will be required to work closely with The Foundation’s Director, writing and developing funding bids, which will be submitted to a range of external partners.
