The 2023/24 AFC Fylde awards have tonight been distributed following the conclusion of the 23/24 campaign at Woking earlier in the day.

Nick Haughton picked up three awards, following topping the goalscoring charts throughout the season, with eighteen to his name before the final day. He also picked up the goal of the season, for his wonder strike from inside his own half at Wealdstone in August.

Nick also picked up the award for player’s player of the season, after a sella campaign for Fylde’s number ten.

Danny Ormerod made his impression on the evening also, after a scintillating season in the colours of The Coasters. Danny picked up both Academy Player of the Year, alongside Young Player of the Season.

It was also a great night for Jon Ustabasi, who picked up the award for manager’s player of the season after he followed Nick in the goalscoring charts.

Theo picked up community player of the year, following his work with the community foundation throughout the season.

Connor Barrett’s impressive debut season at Mill Farm, earned him acknowledgement from the club’s Supporters Group, as their pick for player of the season.

We also honoured the hard work of Tom Elliot, as volunteer of the year, for his hard work and dedication to all areas of AFC Fylde in particular the upkeep of Kellamergh Park, the club’s training ground.
