David Haythornthwaite - Chairman

Club President David Haythornthwaite, good friend of Chairman Dai Davis, is a successful local businessman and Chairman of the Tangerine Group. His first involvement with the club came as Main Sponsor Vetplus in 2006 and his involvement grew into the development of a new era of AFC Fylde which kicked in after the club's greatest day as Kirkham and Wesham Football Club winning the FA Vase at Wembley. He brings ambition, drive and professionalism to the club in it's long term bid to be in the Football League by 2022. With David's investment and sponsorship the club have gone on from strength to strength and the club's development since his involvement has taken the club to the next level. In Feb 2010 he revealed the club's long term plan is to move the club to a new site as part of the Greenlands Sports Village development a Community Sports Complex. Roles were reversed with Dai Davis in the summer of 2011.
Dai Davis - President

Dai's association started with the club as a Player when the club began as Kirkham in the 60's. After his long association as a player and stints living abroad he returned to the club in 1993 when he became Chairman. Since that time Dai orcherstrated the rise of Kirkham and Wesham FC. Success soon followed and with his significant financial support combined with the appointment of Mick Fuller together they enjoyed year on year success winning West Lancashire League titles, League cups, LFA Cups and competitions through the 90's. Davis backed the move to Kellamergh Park in 2006 when he was joined by good friend and successful businessman David Haythornthwaite and together they kickstarted the club's transition to AFC Fylde and subsequent move up the non league football pyramid from Step 7 to Step 4 in 3 Seasons. The pinnacle of his reign as Chairman has to be Kirkham and Wesham's finest hour in May 2008 winning the FA Vase a proud moment for long standing Chairman. Roles were reversed with David Haythornthwaite in summer of 2011.
Stuart King - Finance Director

Stuart King manages the financial aspects of AFC Fylde. A qualified Accountant Stuart provides the Directors with all financial details of the day to day running of the football club. Stuart is the Financial Director for Tangerine Group of Companies owned by the Chairman.
Martin Booker - Business Development Manager 

Martin joined the club in July 2008 as Business Development Manager following his involvement with the club for the FA Vase Final at Wembley as a consultant. 
Martin has a number of years experience in Sport and Leisure setting up a number of 5-a-side Football Centres across the UK and in Professional Football at Stockport County FC as Commercial Manager as well as consultancy for a number of sports clubs . He is responsible for day to day club business which includes matchday operations, engaging local businesses to support the club as sponsors and business partners, management of facilities development, the club's community programme in schools across the Fylde, Club merchandising, Club events and raising the profile of the club in and around the Fylde Coast via local and national media. Eric Picton - Exec Board Member

Eric Picton is a long standing Club official who has served as committee and executive committee member and dealt with the club's football administration with the Unibond League, Galaxy Lancashire League and Lancashire Floodlit League last season before retiring. Eric is another of a committed group of volunteers that give their heart and soul for the good of the football club.
Martin Benson - Club Secretary

Martin Benson joined the Club in the Summer of 2010 to replace the departing Eric Picton. Martin is a Project Manager at Hewlett & Packard and has previous admin experience for Fylde Falcons and in the Sunday Alliance. He is a newly found Fylde fan in recent years with a passion for the game and has fulfilled an ambition to be involved in a senior role at a sporting club on the Fylde Coast and hopes to enjoy the ride through the non league football pyramid. Bob Davey - Match Day Secretary

Bob Davey has had a long association with the Club and was rewarded with a long service award in July 2009 from the Lancashire Football Association recognising his services to football. Bob has also performed various roles at the club including Catering, Ground Improvements and Club Secretary culminating in a busy season in the FA Vase in 2008 before taking the Matchday Secretary role this season. He is also the Development Officer for the West Lancashire Football League. Bob still spends much of his spare time down at Kellamergh Park providing assistance with our ongoing ground developments.Mobile: 07784 319583
Chris Park - Media Officer/Match Reporter-

Chris joined the club in a new role as Media Officer in March 2011. He is responsible for editing the match programme, conducting match reports at home and away games and providing editorial for the Official website. This season will be looking to make the role his own bringing some new ideas on the media front including looking after the social media platforms and supports Martin Booker in all media related activities.

Chris is a Qualified Journalist who has previous experience with Barrow Raiders Rugby League Club and Barrow FC.
Mark Sinnett - Groundsman

Mark joined the club earlier this year as Groundsman. His full time job is Assistant Groundsman at Premiership side Bolton Wanderers FC so they don't come better qualified than that. Mark played for the club in the reserves a few years back and he is doing a fine job on our newly laid pitch and ensuring sides visit Kellamergh Park and compliment the playing surface. 
John Cottam - Stadium Manager

John joined the club in January 2012 taking over from Kevin Horan in the Stadium Manager role. John is responsible for to maintain the facilities at Kellamergh Park to a high standard. He will also assume Stadium Manager role on Matchdays supporting Martin Booker, Business Development Manager.
Mick Fuller - Head of Football Development
 
DOB - 21 Dec 59. Born in Blackpool, Fuller is a former player manager of Tornado FC in the Blackpool and Fylde Sunday Alliance Premier League. Previously player manager with Kirkham & Wesham FC , he has led the side to all its major honours in recent seasons, including seven West Lancs League Premier Division titles, three consecutive Northern Inter-Counties Cup wins, five Richardson Cup triumphs, and four Lancs Amateur Shield wins. The pinnacle of his managerial reign came at Wembley this May 2008 taking us to the FA Vase Final and winning at Wembley. Won Manager of the Year for the Vodkat League Division 2 for 2007-2008 Season and also picked up an award from the Football Writers Association in 2008 in recognition for this achievement in 2008. Last season Fuller led his team to the Vodkat Premier Division title  - the highest the club has been in the football pyramid in its history.  Fuller stepped down  as 1st Team Manager on 29th December 2009 but remained at the club in a new role supporting new Manager Kelham O'Hanlon. He continued to assist Kelham with 1st team matters until O'Hanlon's departure in October 2011 before managing as caretaker before Dave Challinor's appointment. Now looking after the Reserves, Youth and Community Development aspects of the club in a challenging role.
Dave Challinor - 1st Team Manager

Became the new manager of AFC Fylde in November 2011. Challinor joined the club from Blue Square North side Colwyn Bay who he had won consecutive promotions with as a Captain then Manager. The former Tranmere Rovers, Stockport County and Bury central defender made over 400 appearances as a professional before a spell in non league as a player with Colwyn Bay before being given the Managerial vacancy replacing Neil Young after captaining his side to promotion from Evo Stik North to Evo Stik Premier in 2010. He then successfully guided Bay to promotion to Blue Square North in his first season and showed his managerial credentials in his first season beating FC United in the Play off Final in May 2011. An ambitious man the 36 year old sees the opportunity to repeat this success with an ambitious club as one he would relish and beat off a number of strong applicants to take the job and dropped down two divisions to take on the challenge.

Colin Woodthorpe - Assistant Manager

Joined the club as Assistant  to Dave Challinor in November 2011. Woodthorpe is Challinor's right hand man and was his No 2 at Colwyn Bay where he supported Challinor all the way through their promotion success as his trusted assistant. Woodthorpe has a distinguished playing career with Chester, Norwich, Aberdeen, Stockport and Bury amassing over 500 appearances as a professional. The former full back will look to pass on his vast experience to the squad.

Matt Byrne Fraser- Physio

Joined this summer as new Physiotherapist after qualifying as a Sports Therapist last year. Has experience as a physio for Bolton Wanderers International Academy and has also worked for the Lancashire FA looking after the U18's side. He joined the club in the summer of 2010 and had a busy time in the treatment room with all our 1st team players last season. Also offers treatments and consultancy for reserves and U18 sides which is supported by the club's other physio Ceri Blackburn.

Matt provides our players with first class treatment of injuries and is also looking to establish a injury clinic at Kellamergh Park. He also regularly recruits up and coming physio's as massuers to assist with 1st team match preparations.
Mick Baldwin - 1st Team Match Day Co-ordinator / Lotto Co-ordinator

A former player of the club Mick provides support to the 1st team looking after team kit, warm up kit, refreshments, subs boards, matchballs, ball boys and anything else requiring attention for 1st team games. Also administrates the Clubs Lottery scheme. Mick is another long serving member of the club and his achievements were recognised by the Lancashire Football Association in July 2009 with a long service award and does some great work behind the scenes.
Andy Clarkson - Football/Community Development Officer

Andy joined the club in May 2009 after success as Manager of NWCL side Squires Gate for 4 seasons. A former player with Bradford City, Accrington Stanley before spells in non league with Guiseley. Andy has been with the club for nearly 3 years assisitng with the development of young players and managing our reserve side including a season developing a partnership with Freckleton FC to aid the development of players aged 18-21 years of age.

He is now responsible for all assisting Mick Fuller and Martin Booker with the development of the club's football development activities and the club's ever growing community programme conducting sessions after school and in curriculam time. He will also assist in building links with these schools through community activities.
Andy Pilkington - Development Squad Manager

Andy joined the club in December 2011 following an 11 year association with Penwortham St Teresas FC. Whilst at the club, Pilkington worked at colts, juniors, youth and senior levels. In 2009 he was awarded with the South Ribble coach of the year award for his work at the club, which also included the role of chairman and club development officer. A UEFA B coach, Pilkington has worked at Preston North End Football in the community, Blackpool FC Centre of Excellence and the Lancashire FA whilst he is currently a Preston area scout for Liverpool FC academy. Andy works full time at Preston College as a Sports Development Officer and lecturer and co-manages the Preston College Academy side that has seen several AFC Fylde players pass through it over the past few years. Andy joins the club with the remit of facilitating the progression of 'the development squad' players in to the first team squad.

Paul Martland- Under 18's Team Manager
Joined the club in summer 2008 and brought with him several years experience of manager of a successful Kirkham Juniors side from the age of 8 all the way through to Under 16's. Now his role as U18 Manager is all about finding and developing young talent for his U18's side. Paul also assists with community activities with after school clubs in the community. He won a prestigious award in May 2010 when he was selected as the Lancashire FA's Coach of the Year award after he steered his U18 side to the U18 League Title. Last season Martland's new crop of youngsters won the Lancs FA Trust Cup and finished in third place in the Floodlit League with big things expected of these players for the 2011-2012 Season. Martland also set up a link club Fylde Youth with Kirkham Juniors for 16-18 year olds. Martland has provided a conveyor belt of young talent who have now stepped up to reserve team football with a handful making the 1st team picture and long may this trend continue.
Catherine Martland - Club Welfare Officer

Catherine was appointed the club's Welfare Officer in summer of 2009. As Paul's right hand woman for the U18's she has also supported the reserves side for the last 2 seasons as secretary. Catherine has spent a number of years working with youngsters with Kirkham Juniors and many of them have now progressed though our U18's, Reserves and into AFC Fylde's 1st team. On Matchdays Catherine manages all the U18's administration, makes the post match food and also runs the snack bar as well as keeping the lads in check!

Cath looks after all the club's CRB checks on all our coaches and looks after the welfare of all our young players which is a vital role.
