AFC Fylde make the short trip up the M55 on Saturday to play local rivals Bamber Bridge at the QED Stadium.
Competition for places in O'Hanlon's squad remains fierce with midfielder Matty Kay and in form striker Matt Walwyn missing the last game due to holiday and injury respectively. Walwyn remains doubtful with a hamstring problem which kept him out of Tuesday's 1-1 draw at Radcliffe which gave Jason Dodwell the opportunity to make his first start of the season on Tuesday night. The winger impressed and created the opening goal and will hope to keep his place. Brigg lost 2-1 at home in midweek to Mossley their fourth straight defeat on home turf but regardless of form O'Hanlon know's that this weekends derby clash will be a difficult game " It will be another tough test and with them being at home and a derby game they will be the favourites."
Fylde held Brigg to a 1-1 draw at Kellamergh Park in November and beat them in the Unibond League cup 2-1 in September. Former Fylde pair Martin Moran and Phil Robinson have been transfer listed by Brigg boss Tony Greenwood whilst forwards Richie Allen and Jerome Watt were released a few weeks back, Watt since signing for Lancaster City. Dan Mahoney, who played a part in Fylde's Vodkat Premier Division Championship squad looks set to play against his brother Matt Mahoney.
