Further ground improvements are now underway at Kellamergh Park with the New Supporters Club Bar taking shape this week.
Pictures show Club Electrican Harry doing first fit of electrics and Lee of Window Fitters Quality Windows of Freckleton putting in the glass to the new bar which the club are planning on opening in time for the game against FC Halifax on 20th March. Once this is finished the plasterer moves in and the bar and flooring comes next week.
" We are making good progress on the supporters bar and next week other elements of our continued ground improvements commence including the erection of a new covered terrace behind the goals at the changing room end." reported Martin Booker the club's Business Development Manager.
From next week onwards we would welcome support from volunteers to assist Kevin Horan our Stadium Manager to do a cleaning up exercise removing excess building materials, small DIY jobs and painting of various facilities around the stadium.
