AFC Fylde have launched a FREE membership scheme which will offer free match day admission prices to all junior members!

Forms are available on-line, at the club shop or at the ground.
Once processed, you will be sent an individualised Membership Card and a voucher booklet with a ticket for all home league games.

How much does the scheme cost?
Membership is FREE.

How do I apply?
Simply complete the application form and return it with a passport sized photograph
to the club shop in Kirkham or to Match Day Control at Kellamergh Park on match days. Alternatively we would be happy to take your photograph for you at the club shop or at match day control on a match day.

The club shop is open Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to noon. Please
allow 72 hours for this form to be processed.

How do I use my Membership Card?
You will need to have your Membership Card with you when entering the stadium.

What happens if I lose my Membership Card?
There is a £5 charge for replacement of Membership Cards.
